- Capital formation activities assisting companies to find capital sources for growth.

A Word About Availability and Compensation .....
The ability to take on a potential assignment will not only be based on my availability, but also on my capability to truly satisfy the client's needs to the best of my ability. If I do not think my availability or skill set is appropriate for a given situation, then I will be candid about it and attempt to help the client find other resources for the work. Most of the time, it will be possible to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, but it will vary significantly based on the nature, scope, and prioritization of each one, as well as the mandate to not compromise the quality of any one project.
Compensation will also vary depending on the specifics of a given assignment. Project Solution assignments will usually be compensated via an agreed-upon fee or an hourly rate. However, some assignments may be conducive to a client value model component based on direct, measureable performance metrics. While potential corporate board positions may involve some nominal compensation, most Senior Executive Solution assignments involving the fulfillment of interim executive positions will be compensated via a weekly or monthly rate based on an equivalent annual salary. Transaction Solution assignments will primarily be compensated via a commission percentage based on the value of the transaction, but in some cases, may involve a set fee.
Expenses will be negotiated up front. However, in most cases, I will be responsible for basic vehicle transportation, office supply costs, and in some cases, other talent resources that may serve as sub-contractors on an assignment. The client will usually pay for any extraordinary travel expenses, particularly outside of the Metro Phoenix area, and other expenses for resources outside of a normal administrative nature, including but not limited to such things as third-party marketing research, marketing programs, etc.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If, by the end of the first week for a typical Project Solutions assignment, a client is not satisfied with my work for any reason, then I will forego 100% of my compensation (outside of extraordinary expenses that might have been incurred). My goal is to ensure that my clients achieve full satisfaction and are delighted with my performance .....
